Refund policy

REFUND/ CREDIT POLICY

No refunds will be given two weeks before the event. You may request a credit for the following event. 

For all factors other than lack of competition, a $20 REFUND FEE will be charged for canceling the registration. 

All discrepancies will be handled through ASC management. To receive a credit or a refund please email Info@artesuavecup.com

You can cancel and receive a refund two weeks before the event. Competitors must cancel by Friday. ASC will give refunds to competitors that COULD NOT FIND a MATCH-UP for their division ($5 REFUND FEE PER DIVISION).

No refunds during the week of the event. You may receive a refund on the day of the event if you do not have a match for your division ($5 REFUND FEE FOR LACK OF COMPETITION).
